Meditation in Groups
Weeend Retreats, with environments of sustained stillness and awareness, are conducive to deep integration of meditation teachings and thus provide a rich and powerful beginning experience.
One - Eight week courses are offered upon request for groups or organizations (secular and spiritual).
Seven - Eight week Mindfulness-Based courses (MBSR) include more body work than other courses.
All courses can be tailored for various circumstances and populations.

Independently, do a computer-based meditation course.
Follow up individual or group course with ongoing individual work
One session introduction to meditation practice is available by pre-arrangement at the weekly meditation course
