Default Mode Network (DMN)

This is a wonderful little video. It can be a reminder of the importance and value of returning kindly and gently when the mind wanders. Wandering is a normal functioning of mind. Skillful work with the mind is not about changing or fixing your self, but seeing clearly your conditioning and beyond. It also means trusting what arises. There will be change, but that change will be a natural unfolding taking into account much more than intentional conscious thought.
